Pastor Albert Botchway and his wife Sandra received a call after 18 years of missionary work in United Kingdom to the United States to Bethany Baptist Church, Roseville, MN. After 11 years of ministry at Bethany, Albert decided to pursue a master’s degree in Congregational Mission and Leadership at Luther Seminary, St. Paul, Minnesota.
Albert’s passion is to see the Church thrive and fulfill its kingdom mandate of “Making Disciples of all Nations”. Enrich Leadership Network developed over a few years of traveling back and forth to Ghana. As Albert interacted with some concerned pastors and leaders, it became more apparent the Holy Spirit was leading him toward this ministry.
Our Impact
The Church in Ghana is growing exponentially but with no depth in some areas. There is discipleship deficit, and thereby it has become dysfunctional in many ways. The deification of pastors, the self-gratification gospel; the prophetic and deliverance messages has been the emphasis in many churches.
Enrich Leadership Network’s call is to come along side churches to challenge them to make discipleship a priority.
